Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

You means the individual who has provided their mobile phone number to receive SMS Messages from the Company.
TCPA means the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and its implementing regulations.

Acknowledgement
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this SMS messaging Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your provision of your mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS Messages is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS Messages, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not use the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18 or have parental consent to receive SMS Messages.
SMS Service Description
Favor International Inc. provides SMS messaging services to share:
Ministry updates and prayer requests
Event notifications and announcements
Donation opportunities and fundraising information
Inspirational messages and Bible verses
General organizational communications
The Service is provided to support our Christian mission and keep supporters informed about our ministry activities.
Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS Messages from Favor International Inc.
You confirm that:
The mobile phone number provided belongs to you
You have the authority to consent to receive SMS Messages on this number
You understand that consent is not required as a condition of purchase or service
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary but typically ranges from 1-4 messages per month
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan
The Company is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS Messages at any time by:
Replying "STOP" to any SMS Message
Replying "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any SMS Message

Upon receiving an opt-out request, we will promptly remove your number from our messaging list and send a confirmation message.

TCPA Compliance
The Company complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations regarding SMS messaging.
We will:
Only send messages to numbers that have provided express consent
Honor all opt-out requests promptly
Maintain records of consent and opt-out requests
Not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for:
Delayed, failed, or undelivered SMS Messages
Issues related to your mobile carrier or device
Any costs or charges from your mobile carrier
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you have donated to the organization in the past 12 months, whichever is less.
Termination
We may terminate your participation in the SMS service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your participation at any time by following the opt-out instructions above.
Upon termination, you will no longer receive SMS Messages from the Company.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by:

Posting notice on our website at https://www.favorintl.org/
Sending email notification if we have your email address
By continuing to receive SMS Messages after revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
If You do not agree to the new Terms, please opt out using the instructions provided above.
